Introduction to Survey

This survey is for Primary Health Care Professionals such as nurses, GPs and diabetes educators, involved in the management of children and young people with diabetes. 

Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CHQ HHS) are conducting a needs analysis to improve the prevention, early diagnosis and management of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes (T2D) in Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people aged 10-18. This survey examines current screening and management practices for prediabetes and T2D for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people aged 10-18.

This survey closes on Friday 19th August 2022.
