* 2. How will your business contribute to better food in New Zealand? Mention at least one of the following: traceability, the story of your food, local/seasonal produce, organic/sustainable agriculture, healthy, culturally aware food, accessible food for those in need. (300words max)

* 6. Is your product produced or operates in the Greater Wellington region, Marlborough, Tasman, Manawatu or Horowhenua?

* 7. Can you confirm that in the event you are a finalist you can present your product or service at the judging finals in Wellington on Sept 7th 2017?

* 8. Can you confirm that in the event you are a winner you can attend the mentoring sessions on Sept 19th, October 3rd, October 17th and October 31st at a time yet to be confirmed.

* 9. Can you confirm that in the event your business is selected as a winner you will agree to allow SBN and WCC to use images of the product and yourselves for media use?
