Partners for Excellence Award 2025

Overview

The purpose of the IECA Partners for Excellence Program is to recognize and reward IECA chapters that have taken the initiative to better serve not only the members of their chapters but also the public in general. Innovation, chapter involvement, measurable results and application are key criteria. We are looking for both process improvements and best practice or model programs to award and recognize. Read through these best practice programs and apply them at your chapter. Awards are presented at the 2025 IECA Annual Conference and Expo.

* 2. The Outstanding Leadership Development Award recognizes chapter efforts to create and sustain leadership in the chapter and the industry. The Outstanding Professional Career Development Award recognizes a chapter that has made exceptional efforts to support career development and the growth of the next generation of erosion and sediment control and stormwater management professionals. In less than 4000 characters, provide a description of the career development program. Be sure to include information about who was involved, when and where the event took place, the initial goals and the results, along with any other information about why the program was exceptional.

The Outstanding Communications and Outreach Award recognizes a chapter whose communications have been innovative and engaging across many formats and have consistently captured the attention of members and other stakeholders in the chapter and IECA activities. In less than 4000 characters, provide a description of the chapter's communication and outreach strategies and execution. Be sure to include information about who was contacted, methods of contact, mediums of outreach (email, website, social media, etc). Be sure to speak to the goals and results of these strategies to show why your chapter's communications were exceptional.
