Please complete the following survey to help us provide food for your family during this crisis. By completing the below survey we will add you to our distribution list. We will then safely place bags/boxes of food on your doorstep on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays and ring your doorbell. This program starts on 4/22/2020.
