Some of you requested one more Yin and/ or Flow class in our Summer Schedule. We can replace one class on the Summer Schedule with our popular YIN YANG FLOW (75 mins, warm class combines Flow & Yin yoga to energize, stretch & relax body & mind). Vote for the day you prefer below!

Ying Yang Flow instead of the Hot 60 on Monday @18.00

Ying Yang Flow instead of the Hot 90 on Thursday @19.00

I do not want a Yin Yang Flow added, I am happy with the Summer Schedule as it is!
