Greetings in the Name of Our Lord, Jesus Christ,
We value your presence in Region IV and are committed to providing meaningful worship experiences for every member of our community. To better understand your needs and aspirations, Region IV, fully supported by the Regional Presiding Apostle and the Diocese Bishops, is conducting a Self-Study.
As part of this initiative, a series of surveys will be conducted to gather feedback from members throughout the Region. The Self-Study Team, composed of members from the five Dioceses, seeks your input on various aspects of life in Region IV. You were selected to complete this questionnaire because of your experience, perspective, and ability to help us continually improve.
Some key areas we would like your input on include:
- Regional services: How satisfied are you with the style and content of our programs?
- The Region’s community engagement
- How connected do you feel to other members of Region IV
- Regional programming and activities: Which programs and events are most valuable to you and your church?
- Regional and local leadership
- Areas for improvement: Are there any aspects of our Region you feel could be enhanced?
- Regional communication and collaboration
- Efficiency of Diocese and Regional operations
- Responsiveness to the changing times
- Strategic planning
Please take a few moments to complete the attached survey. Your responses will remain completely confidential. You will not be identified by name in the results—only by gender, age, and church position. The survey window is open from May 1, 2025, to May 31, 2025.
