YACSA's COVID-19 vaccine survey

There is a lot of talk about COVID-19 vaccines this year as the Australian Government makes plans to offer the vaccines to people across the country.
 
But the information is regularly changing, and it can be overwhelming to keep up with what is current and accurate. 

That's why we created this survey.

YACSA is the peak body representing young people in South Australia. Last year we received state government funding to help make sure communications and decisions relating to COVID-19 meet the needs of young people.

Your responses to this survey will be used to help us improve how information about the COVID-19 vaccines is shared with young people. We also want to hear your questions about the COVID-19 or the vaccines so we can help provide information that will be most beneficial for you.

We’ve asked a few questions below. Feel free to answer as many or as little of the questions as you’d like.
