  • Enter details carefully as what is entered on this form will be used for printed/online recognition.
  • Note Questions 7 - 12 are limited to 1500 characters (approx. 300 words) each.
  • Send any supporting nomination visuals (i.e., data, charts, spreadsheets, presentations, documentation, etc.) in an email to Kate@legalsales.org with the following subject line: LSSO 2024 Award Materials – NAME OF ORGANIZATION – AWARD CATEGORY/CATEGORIES. Ensure your message clearly indicates the award nomination(s) and category/categories to which the materials pertain.
