The Whistler Chamber’s Secret Shopper Program is back! Set your business on the path to providing excellent service experiences by enrolling in our eight-week program this summer. Shopping dates are yet to be confirmed, but will likely take place primarily through January & February.

By registering for this program, your business will enjoy:
- Measurable, constructive feedback leading to improved service levels.
- Recognition for top performers! Top scoring businesses will be awarded with staff prizes and will be featured in Chamber social posts and local media.
- The top-scoring business will be named a finalist for the Service Excellence Award at next fall's Whistler Excellence Awards!

Businesses will enjoy comprehensive weekly reports that help them assess their team’s performance and opportunities for improvement.

The scoring criteria is based on content covered in The ABC's of Service Excellence training course.
