When the community helped shape the Ridgeville Ready Master Plan, it set a direction for how North Ridgeville should grow. To carry that vision forward, the City has been modernizing the rules that govern development: how land can be used, what kinds of homes and businesses belong where, and details like density, signage, landscaping, building design, parking and access. The new Unified Development Ordinance brings the city's zoning and subdivision regulations together into a single, updated document, paired with a new Zoning Map.
