Thank you for your interest in Transformational Leadership, a program of the VISIONS Leadership Institute launching in Fall 2025! This year-long immersive experience will bring together visionary change-leaders across sectors and organizations to build community, deepen self-awareness, and develop skills for impactful leadership.
We encourage applicants from all backgrounds who are committed to advancing equity and justice through personal, interpersonal, cultural, and institutional change.
Phase 1: PACE - 4 days + 3 hours (consecutive days) = 4.5 days (September)
Phase 2: 16 hours (every two weeks two hours) = October, November, December, January
Phase 3: 3 hours (1xmonth) for 4 months = February, March, April, May
Phase 4: 2 months (2 days for each session = 4 days) = June, July
Tuition: $5,100
The base cost of this program is $10,000 per person. We have received donor support that enables us to offer participants the opportunity to participate for $5,100. If you are able to pay full tuition, it will enable us to offer scholarship support to others.
