Ithaca Farmers Market Pavilion Rental Application

The Ithaca Farmers Market is located on land owned by the City Of Ithaca. The Pavilion we offer for rent was built and is owned by the Ithaca Farmer’s Market. Facilities for use include bathrooms, parking areas, waterfront seating, our dock, patio and electricity. The base price of rental is $1,800.00 and must include a $300 security deposit *

Liquor license
Proof of insurance listing the IFM as additionally insured
Noise permit
Consult with market manager re: decorations, etc
Caterer needs to be notified that the market requires proof of their insurance as well
Mandatory Liability Insurance is required to rent our pavilion.

In addition, the city of Ithaca may require you to obtain and receive a noise permit and or liquor permit for your event.
