City Manager Survey

The City of DeSoto is preparing to recruit for a new City Manager, and we'd like your input into what qualities you believe are most important for the next leader of our city government to possess. The qualities are adapted from the International City Management Association's identified core qualities for city managers.
 
Please rank the following based on importance for leading our city government on a scale of one (1) to eight (8) with one being the least important and eight being the most important quality for a city manager to possess. 
 
All responses and comments received will be compiled and forwarded to the DeSoto City Council and will be considered in their search for the next city manager of DeSoto.
