A significant hurdle organizations often face in our region is recruiting and retaining a skilled workforce. To assist in improving these conditions, Northern Lakes Economic Alliance, Petoskey Chamber of Commerce and Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians' SEEDS project are conducting a short survey to assist in identifying variables which may promote the recruitment and retention of skilled community members. Therefore, we are kindly asking the regions' workforce to take a few moments and complete the following anonymous survey.
