SEMCOG's Stormwater Planning Tool (SPT) Request Form

SEMCOG’s Stormwater Planning Tool (SPT) is designed to automate nutrient load comparisons using EPA’s STEPL spreadsheet calculations. The SPT builds on the stormwater management components of our Eco Planning Tool (EPT) by calculating stormwater management metrics at the parcel level, generating outputs such as pollutant loads, runoff volumes, and suitable BMPs for mitigation. This supports our partners in quantifying and expanding stormwater management efforts across the region.

If you or your community would like to estimate runoff volumes and pollutant concentrations for a specific parcel, please fill out this form. Estimated analysis deliverable is 5-7 business days.
