Hello, Clean Energy Summit 2026 attendees!

Do you have an amazing start up or new technology to showcase around Clean Energy and Tech? Join our Pop-Up Tech Exhibitor Showcase on Day 2 (February 26) from 1:15pm-3:15pm. This is a great opportunity to showcase your company's offerings and technology to Summit attendees for two hours. This will take place in the Tiffany Ballroom of the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown Conference center, just a short walk from the Crystal Ballroom where the main sessions will be held. Booths are first come, first serve.


Exhibitors will need to SET UP their booth either during breakfast between 7:30am-8:30am or during lunch 12:00pm-1:00pm just before the doors open at 1:15pm. The doors will be locked during the main sessions in the ballroom.


Table Cost: $300 Burnaby Board of Trade Members
$400 Non-BBOT Members

If selected, you will receive an email with an invoice for your table.

Provided: 1x 6 foot x 18in table with black table skirt and 2 chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Bring: a tablecloth and all materials needed to promote your company. If you need a power source, you can specify below. We recommend bringing an extension cord or two.

You must TEAR DOWN your booth immediately at 3:15pm until 4:00pm, leaving only the table and chairs behind.
