What is this survey for?

At Durham Cathedral we have reopened part of the cathedral with access limited to the Nave. We are now steaming ahead with plans to reopen more aspects of the cathedral site, with all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe from COVID-19. We’re listening closely as the government and the Church of England detail the steps we need to take to fully reopen the cathedral and our visitor facilities. We want to take this opportunity to ask how you feel about visiting Durham Cathedral, and we also want to develop a greater understanding of our online audiences, so that we can tweak our social media channels and website to provide resources that you value.

This survey is designed to help us in these goals through understanding you, our visitor, and your intentions over the coming months. Please use the comment boxes to provide your thoughts if you’d like to.
