HOF Criteria Survey

Thank you for taking a few minutes out of your busy schedule to complete this survey to assist in the induction of the 2019 Hall of Fame Class. The goal is to better coordinate the views of the voting members (Current Hall of Famers/ Board of Directors/ HOF Nominating Committee). Your assistance and input is greatly appreciated.

The goal of this survey is to gage whether the criteria for what traits make a Hall of Famer should be modified from the 2013 Survey. A tabulation of these results is included for reference.

Your individual comments will not be attributed without your permission. Should you prefer to tell me over the phone instead, please call me at 847-636-7921. Otherwise, please return email your survey to me at DaveB@vhills.org on or before March 8th. The goal is to compile and share the results of the survey by March 14th.
