The faculty, staff, and students of Southeastern volunteer numerous hours and provide a variety of services to our local community. Your help is needed in documenting these hours and activities for the 2011-2012 academic year. If you volunteered in the community, or if you supervised students involved in a service-learning and/or community service project during the 2011-2012 academic year, please complete the following survey. You will have the opportunity to submit information for multiple service activities.
This information will be useful in preparing reports for the University of Louisiana System, the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and for submission to the national and Louisiana Campus Compact annual surveys. This information will also be valuable in securing external funds and/or recognition for your university's service efforts.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes of your time. Please allow extra time if you are reporting multiple service projects.
