  This choice makes me want gnomes less.  Nah I could see myself buying that Yes! I'd buy lots of those for my gnome army!
"Long Hats" or "Old Keebler Guards" - Cantankerous grumbly old gnomes in outdated armor and pitted weapons. An elite cadre of veterans, esteemed elders, and judging eyes [4-6 rank and file + 3 command models]
Tatzelwurm (snake+ cat hybrid) and Wolpentinger (winged bunny with antlers) Mount for Characters
Gnome Peasants armed with flails and two-handed clubs - after the Swiss peasant revolts [4-6 rank and file models + 3 command models]
Mercenaries - pike gnomes as professionals in heavy armor, armed with pikes [5-7 rank and file + 3 command models]
handgunners - gnomes with arquebusses or handguns - marching and firing line [5-7 rank and file + a leader model]
