You Are Conference 2026 - Ministry Fair Application

Applications are due by December 20. All ministries/organizations will be notified by Jan. 5, 2026, on the status of your request. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate as many as possible, we have limited space and will not be able to admit everyone that requests a space.

4.Our ministry/organization has ongoing opportunities for women to serve local and/or global communities through hands-on ministry. (Not an event-based ministry)(Required.)
5.We can provide at least 1 person to be present Friday evening and during every breaks throughout the event to connect with attendees (Feb. 6-7, 2026 at First Baptist Church, Bryan, TX). (Please note: We will offer one guest pass per ministry admitted to the ministry fair. This includes access to the conference sessions, but does not include the attendee welcome bags. Since there is no table fee, we ask that any other women running your table purchase a ticket if they would like access to the sessions.(Required.)

7.Does your organization agree with the following statement of beliefs:

1. We believe that there is one God eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Deut 6:4; Col 2:9; Heb 1:1-3; Ps 139; Mt 28:19
2. We believe that the Bible is God's written revelation to man and that it is inspired, authoritative, and without error in the original manuscripts. 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Isaiah 40:8
3. We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, death on the cross to provide for our redemption, bodily resurrection and ascension into heaven, present ministry of intercession for us, and His return to earth in power and glory. 2 Cor 5:21; Phil 2:5-11
4. We believe that Jesus Christ, as our representative and substitute, shed His blood on the cross as the perfect, all-sufficient sacrifice for our sins. His atoning death and victorious resurrection constitute the only ground for salvation. John 14:6, Acts 4:12
5. We believe in the personality and deity of the Holy Spirit, that He performs the miracle of new birth in an unbeliever and indwells believers, enabling them to live a godly life. 1 Cor 12:13; 1 Cor 2:10-13
6. We believe that man was created in the image of God, but because of sin, was alienated from God. That alienation can be removed through God's grace alone by faith alone in Jesus Christ, apart from works. Eph 2:1-10(Required.)
