Digital Inclusion in Greater Lincolnshire and East Riding
Thank you for taking the time to share your insights. This survey should take around 5-10 minutes to complete. Broadband provider
Quickline
is working with
AbilityNet
, an independent digital inclusion and accessibility charity, to build a clearer picture of digital inclusion* support in Greater Lincolnshire and East Riding of Yorkshire. By taking part, you’ll help us understand what support already exists and where more is needed, so future investment and action can be better targeted.
*Digital inclusion is about making sure everyone can benefit from the internet and digital technologies. People who are digitally excluded may lack skills, confidence or motivation, or have limited or no access to suitable devices (such as a laptop, smartphone or tablet) or connectivity.
This work aims to understand:
- Where can residents currently go to get digital support
- What gaps exist (in type of support and location)
- The challenges and barriers organisations face when supporting digitally excluded residents.
How your responses will be used:
Your responses will be used to inform a report provided to Quickline. Your responses on the type of support you provide will be linked to your organisation. However, all other data will be compiled and reported collectively and anonymously. Any quotes used will not be attributed to you, without prior consent. If we would like to attribute your organisation to any evidence, we will contact you to ask for consent.
Your feedback will help Quickline better understand the digital inclusion challenges people face. Quickline will use this information to help shape local support, improve access to technology, and ensure more people have the opportunity to get online and benefit from digital tools.
The results will guide decision-making, influence future programmes, and help them work with partners to create practical solutions that improve digital inclusion across the areas they serve.
Quickline may also use the findings for impact reports, case studies or comms pieces for both an internal and external audience.
Thank you for helping us build a clearer, more joined‑up picture of digital inclusion support in your area, your contribution is genuinely valued.
AbilityNet’s Privacy Policy is available on our website.
Note on the survey:
In this survey, every time the word 'clients' is used, this refers to anyone that uses or interacts with your service. For example, this could include residents and service-users.
