Rideau-Goulbourn Community Needs Assessment

Dear residents of Rideau-Goulbourn Ward,

Youth of Manotick Association and Richmond Youth Centre are doing a Community Needs Assessment in Rideau-Goulbourn. Our focus is on children, youth, young adults and families.

Why are we doing this? This Community Needs Assessment is part of a Rural Ottawa Youth Mental Health project that a group of rural Ottawa organizations are working on. The goal of our project is a significant increase in youth mental health clinical supports, education / prevention skills and circle of care supports that are accessible and consistent in rural Ottawa. To learn more about this project, please visit: Rural Ottawa Youth Mental Health Collective.

This is a big project and we need your support with the process. You can help by completing this online survey that should take no longer than 12 minutes.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. For each question, there is an option to Prefer Not to Answer option.

Your individual responses are confidential. At the end of the survey, you are welcome to voluntarily enter your e-mail into a draw for the chance to win a $50 Tim Hortons Gift Card. The e-mails collected will only be used for the purpose of the draw and not for any marketing, fundraising or other purposes and will not be shared with any other organizations.

Additionally, if you are interested in contributing more to this Community Needs Assessment, please connect with either
