Profile MSP

Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback is important.

The Middleham and St. Peter’s Parish Community survey is part of
a parish-wide conversation and prayerful listening period. The
survey is a key step in developing our Parish Profile. The survey
responses and the feed back from the Convocation will form the
foundation of our 2019 Parish Profile. The Profile will reflect how
we see our congregation today and our vision for its future. It will
be sent to candidate rectors and be available on the parish
website.

There are two ways to complete this survey. 1). Fill out the
information below online and press "Done" at the end to submit it.
2). Use a paper copy of the survey and place it in one of the
designated boxes in each worship space and in the office in the
parish hall. Your responses will be ANONYMOUS and our goal is to
include as many parishioners in our congregation as possible.
Complete one survey per person starting at age 10.

Please complete your survey (either online or paper version) and
submit it NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 8, 2019

whole church, and so guide us in this parish during our time of selfstudy
and search that we shall grow in our commitment to one
another and to the cause of your Christ, and may we choose a
faithful pastor to join us in our ministries in our parish, community,
and diocese through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
