The Vision Council aims to better understand the current state of diversity, equity and inclusion within the optical industry. We ask that you complete this survey as openly and honestly as possible so we can gather enough data to gain a sense of strengths and opportunities for improvement both within your current organization and within the industry as a whole. Though we do collect demographic data to identify any trends about how people of differing dimensions of diversity are experiencing the workplace and the industry, your individual responses will remain confidential.
