Licensing Regulations Industry Economic Impact

The Commission is considering proposed regulations to combine the Commission’s current five registration and licensing processes into a single unified process to apply to all license categories.  This includes a general reorganization of the regulations and the combination of similar but separate processes.  Additionally, gambling business and associated registrations and licenses would be repealed.

 

The Commission is required to assess the economic impact (cost and savings) that the proposed regulations may have on affected business and individuals.  In order to do that, we need your assistance.  Thank you for completing this survey and assisting us in determining the potential economic impact of these proposed regulations.
