WAPAC Lobbying Efforts

As we begin our second year of working with Lobbyist Jordan Lamb, we have the opportunity to impact policy for the benefit of our farmers and for WI agriculture.

Below are some initial questions WAPAC is looking for input on:
1.Are there concerns you have in your area regarding DNR, NRCS, DATCP, LCD, or other agencies? For example, we have heard reports that counties are considering levying fines on NMP planners if an NMP is not submitted on time. Is that true?
2.How will the Field to Market carbon footprint calculator affect your clients?
3.What other consumer initiated movements are affecting your clients?
