The 'Trustee of the Year' award recognises an exceptional trustee within an employee owned business who has made a demonstrable and positive impact through their role.

Open to Employee Trustees, Independent Trustees, Founder / Vendor Trustees, and Management Trustees, this award celebrates individuals who’ve shown dedication, integrity, and effectiveness in representing employee interests, strengthening governance, and supporting the long-term success of the business.

A worthy winner will evidence how they’ve contributed to meaningful decision-making, supported employee voice, upheld EO principles, and helped build trust, transparency, and accountability across the business.
