2026-27 Choose Snow Presentation One Debrief

A discussion between child and parent/caregiver is an important prevention strategy and is required to assist in confirming attendance at this event. This must be completed by November 10, 2026. Please attend the second required presentation on November 12th at 6:30pm. Details at www.choosesnow.com under required events.

What did you think of the presenter, what are some things that stood out to you? What is your take away from the presention? Etc.

5.Student/Students: Please share a highlight from your discussion with your parent or caregiver. (If there is more than one student, please list answer as Student 1, Student 2, etc.).

7.Parent/Caregiver: How many times have you discussed substance use with your child in the past year?
8.Parent/Caregiver: On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best, how would you rate the presentation?
