2025 Important Information

20th Annual Bazaar Dates: Saturday, December 6th & Sunday, December 7th from 9:00am-3:00pm

*****Please note! Make time to fill out the application with your credit card information and pictures ready to upload. You have to complete the survey once you begin. There's no way to go back to it once you've exited. If you have any issues with this, please contact the Christmas Bazaar Chair, bazaar@stlawrencefairhope.com

* 1. Any application filled out after 9/26/2025 at 5pm will be automatically be put on the wait list

* 2. Submission of application does NOT guarantee acceptance as a vendor into the Christmas Bazaar

* 3. The event coordinator reserves the right to choose vendors based on photo and description of their items to ensure a variety within the show. EVEN if they have been a vendor in previous shows.

* 4. Incomplete applications WILL NOT be accepted. Completed applications must include: completed  application, payment, updated pictures of items, and signed child protection agreement

* 6. Acceptance Deadline: October 10, 2025
Applicants may not be informed about acceptance until the deadline, October 10, 2025 Those who have not been accepted will have their payment reimbursed at that time.

* 7. We have room for 41 booths. Only waitlist spaces will be available post acceptance date.

* 8. You will receive an acceptance letter and/or email with weekend & set up information if you have been accepted.
