Voices of Hope (VOH) is seeking a full time Program Coordinator for the University of Kentucky Healing Communities grant. 

The ideal person will be enthusiastic, extremely well organized, able to understand and enforce protocol, and work well independently and collaboratively. They will have experience coordinating multiple staff schedules, and be able to travel across multiple counties.

Duties
* Serve as liaison between VOH and the HEAL team ensuring that all parties involved have accurate and up-to-date information
* Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, where appropriate, and distribute minutes to all attendees. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings
* Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
* Attend all HEAL and VOH required conferences, trainings, and webinars
* Establish rapport and maintain relationships with the HEAL team, community coalitions and connections, and Recovery Coaches
* Generate grant reports for the community coalition, HEAL team, and community stakeholders as needed
* Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, and expenditures and alert issues to appropriate leader
* Ensure project deadlines are met
* Work with project team to understand and assist with tracking all work, task and project assignments
* Assess project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable
* Ensure project adheres to frameworks and protocols and all documentation is maintained appropriately
* Track and maintain process and outcome data on HEAL initiatives for the purposes of continuous monitoring and evaluation
* Suggest project changes to management using analytics to support recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
* Actively contribute to staff development and internal departmental process improvements
* Provide topic driven content for continuous maintenance of coaching competencies
* Undertake project tasks as required
* Provide administrative support as needed
* Complete other duties as assigned
