In this immersive session led by VSE Aviation’s Director of Talent Management, Jennifer Mohammed, and Abilitie’s Regional Director, Tricia Burke, they will explore how AI-enabled simulation and experiential learning are transforming how organizations develop the next generation of managers. They will share the organizational impact of combining simulated learning with hands-on practice, personalized feedback, and repeatable exercises that strengthen business judgment, strategic thinking, and people leadership skills.
Participants will see how organizations utilize simulations to create environments where learners make decisions in real time, lead hybrid teams, adapt communication styles, and receive targeted feedback that accelerates skill development. Attendees will also gain insight into VSE Aviation’s L&D journey and how experiential learning programs are helping their teams build competence, increase confidence, strengthen peer learning, and create stronger internal leadership communities.
