2026 Annual Judge Service Award Nomination Form

Nominations are due by Sunday November 15, 2026.

Eligibility requirements to be nominated for the Judge Service Award:
  • Must be a USA Archery Member in good standing.
  • Must be a current USA Archery Level 2 Judge or higher.
  • Must have actively served as a Judge at a USA Archery sanctioned event during the award period.
In order to nominate a judge, you must be a current USA Archery Member.
The Annual Judge Service recognizes a USA Archery Judge who has demonstrated exemplary dedication and contributions to the judging community between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026. The award honors an individual who demonstrates fairness, integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to creating a positive competition experience for athletes.

Through officiating, mentorship, education, or service beyond tournament assignments, the recipient strengthens the judging community and supports the continued development of archery. Nominations should include specific examples of the nominee’s contributions and impact during the award period.
