The Upskill America Initiative at the Aspen Institute and Training Industry, Inc are conducting this survey to learn about how recent events - the pandemic and heightened attention on systemic racism – are influencing:
- The types of new skills needed by frontline workers
- Employer funded education and training programs and other workplace supports for frontline and entry-level workers
- Strategies to enhance racial equity and inclusion in the workplace
We will share results of the survey through a PowerPoint deck as well as a public virtual event where select business leaders will share information about their education and training strategies. We anticipate that survey findings and business examples will be useful to a broad range of companies as they shape their frontline worker education and training strategies. Your individual responses will be kept confidential, and we will not share information that could be attributed to individuals or companies without approval.
This survey should take 15 minutes to complete. Please compete by Friday, January 29th. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Vivian Vázquez at Vivian.Vazquez@aspeninstitute.org
Thank you to Walmart.org and the Strada Education Network for their generous support of this work.
