Dear Parents and Caregivers:

Follow up Family Survey for our school
Our school continues to take part in an Active and Safe Routes to School project to improve the school journey for our students. Through School Travel Planning, our school has been working with community partners to reduce congestion, address traffic safety issues and encourage more students to walk and wheel for the school journey.

Please complete this 5-minute Family Survey with your eldest child who attends this school. Your ongoing input is important to the success and sustainability of this project. Knowing what travel choices families are making and why they are making them helps the school to create an action plan that considers everyone’s needs.  

This survey is voluntary; you may choose not to participate and you have the option to withdraw from this survey at any point. We do not ask for your name. Your responses are anonymous and will be stored electronically in secure password-protected files, only accessible to the school's Active and Safe Routes to School team, Ever Active Schools, and the City of Calgary, who are directly involved in the project.
