The Fertility Services Standard (NZS 8181:2007) defines the quality and safety requirements for the provision of fertility services in New Zealand. This standard covers consumer rights, organisational management, continuum of service delivery and safe and appropriate environment

The Fertility Services Standard (NZS 8181:2007) was last reviewed in 2014. Under the requirements of the Health and Disability Services (Safety) Act 2001, a regular review of each Standard is required.

The Ministry of Health would like to invite people and organisations who are affected by the Fertility Services Standard to participate in this questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to determine whether the Standards should remain in force, be amended or be replaced with other standards.
