Pulteney Student Wellbeing Survey - Parents/caregivers of children Year 7 - 12

We are currently reviewing our Student Wellbeing Curriculum for students in Years 7–12 and would greatly value your perspectives as a parent or caregiver of a Middle or Senior School student(s). Your feedback will help inform the focus, structure and delivery of wellbeing learning, as well as guide the development of future parent education and support initiatives.

This survey is intended for parents and caregivers with children in Years 7–12. Families with children in Junior School will be invited to complete a separate survey in the near future.

The survey is anonymous and should take only a few minutes to complete. All responses will be considered collectively to help shape our ongoing approach to student wellbeing and our partnership with families.

Thank you for taking the time to share your insights and support this important work.
