Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant Demographic Survey

Purpose

The purpose of this survey is to identify local behavior during emergency situations. The information gathered in this survey will be shared with Xcel Energy to enhance emergency response plans in your area. Your responses will greatly contribute to local emergency preparedness. Please only complete one survey per household. Please have the head of the household (18 years or older) complete the survey. Do not provide your name or any personal information, and the survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
