We've had lots of feedback that threads are freezing and crashing on the website and this is often caused by the 'see all' posts page setting. We're launching an update that we hope will fix this and improve the thread reading experience. Sign up now to test the update before the release and let us know what you think!
We are looking for people (particularly people who use the 'show all' posts on threads setting) to test the update and feedback about how it works for you.
Step one: Fill out this short, two-minute survey to register your interest in testing this update.
Step two: A select number of people will be invited to join a Zoom call to try out the update and feedback directly to us. You are guaranteed to receive a £10 voucher upon completing this call.*
Step three: We will contact more people to take part in a longer test where you can access the update on your own device at home. All you need to do is use Mumsnet like you usually would over a week and feedback on how the site is now working for you via email.
