Monroe School District 2020-21 School Year Family Survey

We are in the planning stages for what a return to school will look like for our students and staff. Current state guidance has been provided and includes some limited flexibility and local control. It is critical that we prepare a series of plan options and contingencies. We fully expect plans to evolve and adapt over time as further guidance becomes available.

The intention of this survey is to understand family comfort levels in returning to school. We are are considering instructional delivery models that include fully online, blended or hybrid models and traditional in-person instruction.

Your responses will help to guide our planning to safely reopen schools during this period of COVID-19. Your feedback is crucial to help ensure students and staff have healthy learning and working environments.
