Extra Sponsorship Application

Through generous donations from the community, MSI is able to offer extra sponsorship to help your class participate in an MSI program. All we ask is that you fill out this application and complete the follow up steps to try to raise additional money to pay for your services. After you've completed the application, please contact info@sfbaymsi.org to expedite the application process. Please make sure you have submitted a booking request form so we can connect your information.

The information you provide below will help us communicate the need for grants to the funders providing your extra sponsorship. Additional sponsorship requests must be received before your invoice has been processed to be considered for additional funding.
