The Vermont Department of Public Service is asking Vermont residents to complete this survey to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected your usage of and need for telecommunications services for telehealth, telework, and remote learning.

The survey is designed to gather information to help the State develop strategies to close gaps in broadband availability and capacity that were created, or accentuated, by the pandemic.

The data collected by this survey will NOT be used to sell you anything. Your responses and any information you provide about your household will be kept confidential; data gathered from consumers will only be used in the aggregate.
