The survey is anonymous and you don’t need to provide any information about your name, phone number, and email address. But you have to be at least 18 years old to take the survey. Participation in this survey is totally voluntary, and you are under no obligation to complete it. You can choose to leave the survey at any time you want. The access to aggregated data will be restricted to the researcher.
