MAJOR AWARDS ENTRY FORM 

The CPRS Major Awards are Canada’s most coveted PR honours for both individuals and Member Societies. Candidates must be nominated by peers and these prestigious awards recognize exceptional involvement in PR profession.  Due to the special nature of these awards, it is possible that some Major Awards may not be awarded. Each nomination must be made by a member in good standing. Nominations must be in writing and include details as to why the individual meets the criteria of the Award. You may not nominate yourself for a Major Award.  All nominations will be reviewed by the Awards committee in consultation with the CPRS National President.

Please provide details highlighting achievements and demonstrating personal and professional excellence. The Awards Committee may contact you for details.
