This survey is for people who are currently going through, or have previously entered into, an insolvency procedure.
By completing this survey, you’ll help us learn more about your experience with the insolvency process. Your feedback will help us improve our services and make the experience better for others who are facing similar challenges.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
· Completing the survey is completely voluntary, and your responses will not affect your insolvency procedure in any way.
· The information you provide is anonymous unless you choose to share your contact details with us.
· Any question marked with an asterisk (*) needs to be answered before you can move to the next section.
· To go back to a previous question, please use the ‘Back’ button in the survey, not the one on your browser.
· When you finish the survey and click ‘Done’, your responses will be sent to us.
· The survey should take around 10-15 minutes to complete.
Your responses will be treated as confidential and securely stored by the Insolvency and Trustee Service for two years. Please avoid sharing more personal information than is required in your answers. Any personal information you do share will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.
