Thank you for your interest and willingness to contribute to the Streets for Kids Design Guide, a new supplement to the Global Street Design Guide. We’ve put together this questionnaire to learn more about you, your city, local best practices, and challenges with regards to designing streets that serve all ages and abilities, especially children and caregivers.

Each of you is working to shape streets in various corners of the world, and we hope that by participating in the Streets for Kids Expert Network at the Global Designing Cities Initiative, we can connect you with other professionals to encourage ongoing knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer mentoring. At the end of the survey, please indicate if you are willing to share your information with other contributors.

The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. Please fill out as much as possible but don’t worry if you need to leave some sections blank.

You can learn more about the Streets for Kids program here.

Intended Audience:
Practitioners, planners, designers, engineers, policy-makers, advocates, urbanists, and other professionals working to shape cities and streets.

Please email sfk@nacto.org if you have any questions.
