ACCA session proposals should be structured for a 45-minute session with no more than 3-4 speakers. Each session should be 30-35 minutes long in one of the following formats: panel discussion; moderated Q&A; or presentation component. Please allow time to conclude with a 10-15 minute Q&A from the attendees.

ACCA Session Agreement
I understand that ACCA reserves the right to cancel sessions at any point for any reason and that if my session is accepted, I am making a commitment to my peers and to ACCA.


If my proposed session is accepted, I will:
  • register for CCAF 2026 and attend in person
  • confirm my participation and that of my speakers for an in-person presentation in a timely fashion and communicate all logistical and other information to session presenters.
  • work with the planning committee to find replacement speakers if any of my initial collaborators need to withdraw.
  • update my session description and any presentation special requests (room format, AV support, etc.) by the deadline given.
  • present the session at conference on the date and time assigned, unless prevented by extraordinary circumstance.
  • notify the staff of any changes in my ability to present the session as accepted.
