Purpose of the study:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the current employee perceptions and experiences on what role Human Resource Management (HRM) has in creating or combining a high-performance work system (HPWS) at T-Mobile. The primary purpose of this paper is to explore HR strategies congruency with business objectives, establish the effectiveness of compliance regimes and elicit perspectives concerning challenges inherent in implementing HPWS well as best-practice. Your responses from this survey will help capture the right information and inform how HR practices may be improved to better support T-Mobile's pursuit of an outstanding high-performance organizational experience.
Procedures:
In order to gather information for this study, I request you to fill a simple online survey. The survey will cover general questions regarding your thoughts, experience, and opinions on the Integration of HPWS a T-Mobile.
Risks and benefits:
There are minimal risks associated with participating in this research. It is possible that you might feel uncomfortable discussing sensitive topics regarding HR and organisational practices. However, all your responses will remain confidential to the fullest extent. Your participation in this study will contribute to advancing understanding of how HR practices can be optimized to support HPWS within organisations like T-Mobile.
