This anonymous community survey seeks feedback and is three pages long.  The survey will ask you about demographics, your personal experience of bias and recommendations about how the Sierra Pacific Synod (SPS) could minimize bias.  The goal of the survey is to help the SPS learn about community perceptions and to make recommendations on how to improve.
