Repression of Palestine Solidarity Activism in Canada - Policing

Purpose of This Form

This self-reporting form is designed to document and analyze the experiences of individuals in Canada who have faced governmental, police, or legal repression due to their Palestine solidarity activism. The goal is to:
  1. Identify trends in repression and institutional responses to Palestine advocacy.
  2. Provide data-driven insights to support activists, legal professionals, and policymakers.
  3. Strengthen legal and advocacy networks to better protect individuals facing persecution.

Who Should Complete This Form?
  • Activists, students, academics, and community members who have experienced institutional pushback, censorship, or police intervention due to their advocacy for Palestine.
  • Individuals who have been legally targeted, arrested, or interrogated in relation to Palestine-related activism.
  • Anyone who has witnessed unfair or disproportionate policing, surveillance, or legal action against pro-Palestinian voices.
How the Data Will Be Used

All responses will remain strictly confidential and will only be used for research and advocacy purposes.

Data will be used only for research and advocacy and research purposes and will not be shared with law enforcement or government agencies.

You may request to fully withdraw your contribution by sending us an email within two weeks of completing the survey.

All qualitative information used will be shared with participants upon request. You will have up to two weeks after receiving an email notification to respond—either by agreeing to its use, declining, or requesting modifications.
